i think asians just have better genetics ( when it comes to skin, appearance etc), however i will admit there skin routines are well up there too

I live in Asia.

A. The have less body hair overall. A full beard is extremely rare here. They may be able to grow chin hair and a mustache. But not thick ones like white males can.

B. Some Asian men are very appearance focused. In general Asians consider it basic manners to maintain a groomed appearance because you are judged for being sloppy. However the vast majority of Asian males don't have skin care routines. Though having them is not seen as a negative or effeminate thing.

C. They are people of color. So they have more melanin than white people do. And they age slower. But faster than black people do.

They say things like we suck, have horrible personalities and age like shit relative to other races.

Northern European here. I'm aging fine. People routinely think I'm 10 years+ younger than I am.

I eat a whole foods plant based diet. I get a healthy amount of sun. My skin has a glow. I put sun lotion on skin that's exposed all day (face, arms).

Most white guys eat shit. Lots of processeds foods all around. Lots of fat in terms of vegetable oil. They get like 0.9 servings of whole grains and eat lots of white flour, white sugar, processed meat, and cheese.

Lots of asian men are still 1st generation or second generation. They still have all or some of their habits from the home country. But they'll assimilate over time.

If you want the science behind it, it's calorie density and calorie intake vs aging. Westerners eat a very high calorie dense diet.

Testosterone causes acne and facial hair, facial hair causes the pores to widen, acne causes you to be dumb and pick at your skin which breaks up collagen, not to mention darker complexions hide wrinkles and imperfections better (why do you think people tan?).

Asian guys definitely seem to have better skin.

In the end, I don't think anyone really cares. Having nice skin doesn't seem to help dudes.

Guys seem to have poor skincare in general. I'm still trying to get my hubby to wear sunscreen. And he has rosacea, FFS.

Not trying to purposely get a tan at any time in one's life helps in maintaining one's skin. Asian people in general try to avoid direct sunlight and use sunscreen unless they work in an occupation where it's unavoidable. There are lots of wrinkled Asian farmers and fishermen, for instance.

It’s partially genetics and partially because Asian people eat a lot of high collagen foods like soups with bone broths which is really good for your skin.
