I'm seeing more and more of this: feminists using "mansplaining" accusations to deal with being publicly proven wrong

Female BBC manager publicly declines promotion over pay inequality | After she threw a public tantrum, it's revealed that the male manager had several years more experience than her, justifying the difference in pay. The BBC is standing firm for once - good for them!

Imagine the outrage & hysteria if an article like this was written about women: "So thirsty I could drink the pool"

Very badly written article. TLDR - Men are standing up for their rights and that is dangerous because men are standing up for their rights.

Brodsky says their research found that at the heart of these cases was the plaintiffs’ broad equation of accused parties with male identity, despite how students accused of sexual misconduct aren’t always men.

The difference, however, is that when it's a woman accused of sexual misconduct, she isn't typically presumed guilty the way men are

Contrary to popular MRA talking points, men are statistically more likely to be victims of sexual harm than falsely accused of it. “People of all genders hurt people of all genders, and I particularly worry about the ways these cases erase male survivors, who are already so often left out of conversations if the assumption is that people being accused of sexual harassment is inherently anti-male,” she said.

How is this "contrary to popular MRA talking points"? MRA's acknowledge male victims of sexual abuse all the time. Whereas the only time people like this acknowledge male sexual abuse victims is if it's in an attempt to downplay false accusations. The rest of the time they pretend sexual abuse is "gendered violence" committed by men against women as a byproduct of misogyny and male sexual entitlement

They're presenting a false dilemma; both sexual abuse against males and false accusations against males are terrible. Acknowledging one doesn't have to mean downplaying the other

I'll bet they have never talked to an MRA.

Pretty much validates the saying about not knowing a man until you put on his shoes and walk around in them.............

The whole reason this is a Title IX issue is because feminists equate being a victim of sexual assault or other sex offences with being a woman. Even though, of course, men can also be victims of those offences, and women can commit those offences. It isn't MRAs, or male Title IX plaintiffs, that are making this a gendered issue.

For those who don't want to give that idiotic website clicks, here is an archived version of that article https://archive.is/jVg9T

The mods should make this a rule. Link an archive to articles that are anti-male than give them clicks through direct links.

Colleges have been mandated to apply biased protocols in dealing with sexual assault and sexual harassment since 2011 and many colleges were biased before that.

Some of the things in the article make no sense. They say it’s only some fringe MRAs who think there’s a bias, yet more and more judges are ruling in favor of men because of the extreme bias. I think many more schools will need to be successfully sued to correct this bias.

The article is dishonest feminist propaganda, but I wanted to share it anyway because this is good news for men's rights. When men get fair & equal treatment under the legal system, that makes feminists butthurt and hysterical, which is what we see reflected in this article.

Reminds me of the classic saying:

"Any time that feminists are upset you know that someone, somewhere, is doing something right."

It’s almost like men have rights too
