If anyone has spent time on the internet then they have likely came across multiple fetishes where the male gets off on having pain inflicted on them.

A man is submitting to being circumcised by someone who appears not to be a trained professional, and who is cutting him incredibly deeply. There are so many ways this could go wrong and it is very dangerous.

From my common sense perspective it seems like there are an abundance of men who are willing to take these great risks with their health for their own, and others, sexual gratification. So, it is for that reason, that they are doing it to themselves, going to be impossible to regulate.

I do think these kinds of activities need to be looked at more critically by wider society though because this behaviour should not be encouraged in any way.
