Yup. She will eventually start complaining about how "the love is gone" and "needs more" because he is always gone and she will feel alone. The cleaning issue will just spark resentment and so on that will boil up inside.

Then this guy has kids with this woman and working all these jobs. So he will get absolutely fucked in divorce court.

Getting married and doing the stay at home mom thing is one of the worst things you could ever do with your life.

Poor communication, lack of common goals, no real partnership or teamwork, yep that's how it starts. Those issues should have been addressed a few kids ago, now it's growing and festering. Soon enough it'll be out of control. He'll file for divorce and she'll be surprised because they didn't communicate properly. Or she'll file and he'll think it's all her fault because he gave her everything and it wasn't enough.

I'm not digging at the guy, but I'm generally skeptical when someone says they don't have time. This is probably as easy to resolve as setting a time, possibly after the kiddos go to sleep to tackle the cleaning together. As soon as you start telling someone it's solely their job because of X.. you lost

I'm reading the comments in that thread and it's full of other women justifying the wife's stance like this comment thread. Sickening. Can you imagine how much outrage there would be if the roles were reversed and it was a woman working 70 hours a week while her stay at home dad laid around the house and did nothing?
