There's a few misconceptions in your post that I'd like to help you with.

The crosspost is talking about western women being sexually nullified by society, however, women's expression of their sexuality seems pretty un-regulated. How many pop music songs have you heard that say things such as "my pussy so fine" etc?

The second point I would like to make is that their are multiple types of female circumcision, most commonly, the clitoris is not excised in any way.

Most commonly, ritual nicks, removal of the labia and/or clitoral hood are performed and these are less damaging to a woman's sexuality or atleast comparable to the removal of the man's foreskin.

The foreskin is a large, erogenous part of the penis and is integral to it's proper functioning. There are no health benefits that justify its removal for >99.5% of men, yet it is largely done for "health", "religious", and "aesthetic" reasons.
