Background:

My roommate "Adam" is a total natural alpha, and one of my best friends. He pretty much lives the red pill lifestyle even though I don't think he is even aware this community exists. He bangs tons of girls and never gets in a committed relationship, though he will have a plate come around for a while until he inevitably nexts her.

A couple weeks ago, my roommate "Adam", another friend "Ben" and I went out to try to talk to some women. Early in the night, Adam started a conversation with two girls. Ben and Adam were talking to one, so I was talking to the other.

Immediately I decided I did not like this girl. She hardly smiled, and talking to her was like pulling teeth.

Then to top it off, she says to me "you need to work on your conversation skills." She pretty much just started making fun of me from there, and being a general bitch. I tried to keep cool, but my confidence was damaged and I really wanted to try talking to other girls.

It wasn't my best conversational performance, but I was just killing time because I assumed we would move on from these girls shortly. Her comment was probably a shit test, and I don't think I passed it.

Unfortunately, Ben and the other girl started hitting it off (she probably liked Adam more but it looked like he passed her off to Ben). Adam came and started talking to me and the rude chick. He starts hitting on her and she seems interested all of a sudden.

At one point, he complimented her on something and she complimented him back. He said to me "dude she complimented me" and I said "better than what I could do."

I know this was a mistake

The chick immediately said something about how I shouldn't show insecurity. My frame was completely lost.

Later, Adam told me how I should never put myself down in front of a girl. This post isn't about putting myself down, I already learned that lesson.

However, Adam and that girl who was rude "Sally", started hitting it off. Now I'm spun, losing frame, and lost my two wingman. I ended up leaving the group and tried to make a few solo approaches.

Later that night, Ben had screwed up with his girl, but Adam and Sally were having a great time together and made out.

The next day, Adam told me that Sally was engaged. I told him I thought she was a total bitch. He laughed and said she kinda was, but she's hot and he wanted to bang her.

They hung out last week, but he didn't bring her back to our place. I think he banged her in his car.

Current situation:

I was hopeful that this was the end of it, but just tonight he told me that she's going to come by our place tomorrow. I have a date lined up for tomorrow night, so I might not even see her, but now I'm thinking the chances of me seeing her are pretty high because she has become plate status.

the Question

How should I act when I see Sally? Part of me really wants to say something like "hey how's your fiancé?" But I don't want to cockblock Adam though. I also know I should probably keep it cool and act natural.

How would you treat a girl who was a total bitch to you who your roommate/ good friend is banging?
