Whatever/whenever a girl/woman says something deep and meaningful: always mentally add "right now" at the end of that sentence. This makes it clear the above is true in her mind, but only in that moment. Tomorrow she might think differently. Therefore, unconditionally, in the guy sense, cannot be true in a woman. When you love someone unconditionally it means that you love them no matter what. In no situation that arises could she ever not love you. Basically it's absolute bullshit. I love my mom unconditionally. She's an asshole, I dread talking to her. Thanksgivings suck... But I'd risk my life to save hers today or thousands days from now. That's unconditional love. What you LTR is saying, is something sweet that sounds good to her but holds absolutely no water.

It means she sees whatever attracted her to you as an unchangeable part of you. She sees you as consistent, and whatever changes she can see happening she can deal with. I could say I love Jon "unconditionally", even though certain things are essential. All it means is I am attracted to the integral parts of him: intellect, wit, drive, worldview, etc. If he turned into an obese, lazy, SJW white-knight with no hygiene overnight, then he would be gone. Whereas if he lost his job, his physical ailments worsened, or he suffered a nervous breakdown, I'm here for him. The former would mean a complete change of his integral character. The latter are just bad luck. You have to expect a few injuries, meltdowns, losses of income and uncomfortable situations in life.

You could do with finding out what she views as the integrally attractive part of you, though. She could just as likely be attracted primarily to your wit as to your wallet. And, whatever her rationalizations, only one of those things is actually close to permanent.
