Whenever someone accuses you of being part of the patriarchy, don't argue by accepting their premises. If you try that they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Instead, reject their premises. Patriarchy is a Good Thing^TM and you aren't going to be lectured by someone who is so obviously invested in tearing down society with nothing but the empty promise that things will be "better" in a vague sense.
Go around them. Envelop their frame and absorb it, and you win.

But if you let them control the frame you've already lost and no amount of clever sophistry on your part can help you.
