Its utter bullshit because it operates on the premise that men can't get as drunk as women as thus are still the responsible party even if both of them are drunk.

In all seriousness in the above situation because both are drunk and thus (Not capable of consenting)) they have both raped each other.. but good luck convincing feminists of this..

When I think about all the times I’ve seen women state if a woman has had a drink she’s been taken advantage of… okay, and what if the man has too? What if the man has drank significantly more than the woman? The amount of times I’ve seen guys state they were drunk and had sex with a much more sober woman. At what point is he being taken advantage of, or can that not happen for a man when alcohol’s involved? It goes to show we really don’t care about male victims when the perpetrator is female. Most people define rape this way and statistics definitely show this.

To find the answer to that we would need to find out if anyone identifies as female or trans, that would be the victim. Then we would need to find out if anyone identifies as a cisgender male, that would be the aggressor.

TL;DR... It happened to me and to this day my life is very screwed up because of it.

I was on bed rest from a work injury, while working out of state. Multiple broken ribs staying at a girl's house I had only know a month or so but she was friends with one of my coworkers girlfriends. I was highly intoxicated on pain pills and alcohol both of which she provided... My boss had threatened to fire me if I stayed in the hospital because "there is nothing that can be done for broken ribs".

I always used protection.... During that time period she had sex with me multiple times without protection which I kind of remember but also multiple times while I was passed out. I remember a few times of waking up in pain because she was much larger than me and I had broken ribs. I confronted her about it and she said she was on the pill and showed me birth control. I later confronted as I was leaving her house to go back to my home state, after seeing she had not been taking the birth control. I was just happy to get away.

I went to my home state and promptly let her know whatever relationship we had or she thought we had was over and not to contact me. She called me the next day to tell me she was pregnant but planned to move to my state so I could be part of the kids life. Reluctantly, I agreed we could try and have a relationship for the kid. She drove 11 hours and said her boxes were in the car. When me and my buddy went to move her stuff in it was all empty boxes. She told me she decided not to move down but wanted to see me again and the boxes were for me so I could go back with her. At first I told her to get the hell out because she was crazy but she said if I didn't do it she would never let me see the child and she would sue me for child support. So not wanting to be a deadbeat dad I gave up my life and career to move in with her.

During the 2 years I tried to live with her she was very physically abusive and controlling. I should have just left. One night before my child was born she admitted to getting pregnant to "keep me". I was furious and left but had nowhere to go. When I came back I asked her specifically what she meant by "keep me" and she said "you know, like a pet."

Did I mention she was a state social worker... It becomes important later.

Eventually, I broke up with her because of the physical abuse. She promised to not make me pay child support because she was concerned over me possibly filing charges for sexual assault against her... She stalked me but just dealt with it as I was allowed me to see my child.

I developed an anxiety disorder after being told she got pregnant on purpose and attempted therapy and medication. Well over a decade later now, that anxiety disorder is much worse and I rarely leave home.

As soon as I started dating someone she filed for child support. Not surprisingly, at court, I knew the judge because she was friends with my child's mom. I finally decided to try and explain the conception but the judge did not want to hear it saying the child was already born. At that time I was making $7.25 an hour working 20 hours a week but was still hit with $180 a week in support plus a requirement to pay the state back for the birth on my child on her 18th birthday. If you do the math 7.25x20, even the gross income, was far less than my support order. I argued that I couldn't afford this but was told to get a second or third job.

I stayed up there for another year but eventually had no choice but to move back to my home state and go back to actually making money. I eventually got the support lowered some. Seeing or talking to my child has been very inconsistent, not because of me but her mother just wouldn't allow it or would stop me from getting her at the last moment.

Because of the mentioned anxiety disorder I have not worked in years. I'm still under $3K in arrears which isn't felony status in that state. Last week they decided to start proceedings for non-support.

I've had attorneys and fought for rights but because of my child's mother having so much influence in the court of this small town it has been wasted money. The chief judge has to sign off on a change of venue, the chief judge is the same judge who decided my child support case. I have no hope to get it moved.

So I am working with family to pay down some of the support but it looks like they are asking for prison time because of back support.

I do have the option and have had the option to file a sexual assault charge against her but never did as her brother works at the police department and there is bias at the court. Plus at my child's age it would only cause more problems.

Nobody cares when this stuff happens to men. Even our own buddies often laugh it off but it's very real and has life altering consequences.

I've had this discussion. The common belief i've encounterd is: Nether, unless one forced themselfs onto the other, or one was sober/way less intoxicated than the other party who was blackout drunk.

But i've met a few who rainbowcolor their armpithair to fight patriarchy, and apperantly men can consent when drunk while the woman cant. Closest logic is that "well if he has a boner he wants it." And "men cant get raped." CLEARLY NOT LOGIC.

That actually looks like a fairly standard rape crime scene in the West. But if photographic evidence like that were available a jury would waste no time in convicting that rapist. He probably even uploaded the damning evidence to FB to brag to his friends.
