I recently filed for divorce and my stbx and I have agreed to move forward with 50/50 custody of our 1 child. However, I am concerned because my job requires me to travel 2-3 nights a month. It's not consistently the same days each month, but I am given about 2-months advanced notice for when and where I will have to travel. She's agreed to work with me to augment our 2-2-3 arrangement to accommodate the travel and maintain 50/50.

My question is, let's go worst case scenario and she attempts to use this as a means to get more custody, does she really have much of a leg to stand on? I mean, I imagine 2-3 days per month of me gone is not enough of an argument to get more than 50% custody in the eyes of a judge, but since it's inconsistent, I am a little worried.
