The Left has to get it together on these issues.

I'm fairly new to the issues of men and father's rights. I found myself a direct victim of the abusive family court system and now know that it operates under the same premise as how society views men. While looking for answers, understanding, and maybe some advice I followed paths that all led into Right Wing political spaces. This sub is the only place where these issues are being discussed through a left-leaning political standpoint. How many young men have seen the way their dad's, uncles, and friends have been treated, especially in the family court system and been drawn to the same spaces where they find that the only ones actually attempting any action to push back on the injustices are Conservatives? Many are now forming their political opinions in these spaces where they're exposed to the other Rightwing views, and they will vote. A couple of things to consider:

  • Notice how the "MSM" is spinning the Depp/Heard verdict and what's being propagated.
  • Although legislation for judges to mandate Physical Equal Shared Child Custody doesn't really exist, the only states that have proposed and really pushed legislation for Equal Shared Parenting and ending Permanent Alimony are red states, particularly Florida.

There are many lessons to be learned from the JD/AH trial and verdict. One is how the Left feels about this issue and what message we are sending to our children concerning boys, men and fathers. I think many voters and future voters will run to the right and align with other Conservative causes because of the pervasive injustices happening to men and fathers they are witnessing.
