See? This is blue pill thinking. A man goes for what he wants and doesn't wait for it to come to him. You have mentally allowed your age and your lack of social skills to become your handicap. Age isn't that big of a deal, especially if you're lifting. And if you have anxiety about cold approaching or online dating then you must work on it and practice it. Or you can keep asking us over and over again how to get over your mental handicap.

Get a hobby.

Join a club or mixed-gender sports team. Take con-ed class. Depending on what you do for work, professional development seminars and trade shows if enough women work in the industry to make it worthwhile and the women in question are at least twice removed from the actual work you do. Even if you are no longer in school, your university alumni association will be running events from time to time.

The trick is to do things that provide a steady turnover of new women. For instance, if you take salsa lessons you will quickly get to know a bunch of the female students at the dance school but then the turnover of new ones is slow. Same same if you join a recreational sports club a meet all the players. OTOH if you an intro salsa course for a few weeks then switch to a photography class, the switch again etc, you are meeting a new batch of people every few months. Similarly, if you join a sports club in a competitive league and go on the road every now and then you are meeting other teams and competitors on a regular basis.

If you are self-employed, can set your own hours, and live in the right city, then get an agent and sign up to be a background performer (ie. movie extra). The pay sucks and the hours are weird and sporadic but roughly half the other extras you meet are female, many of whom are young, pretty, aspiring actresses.

Edit: but you still have to approach, you will just have a bit of an excuse to talk to the women.

Well, that's were you, uh, "he" are going wrong. A guy like that with some game should be killing it. Of course, this is me talking, and I Day Game like it's my fucking JOB.

Beyond that, if he's truly good-looking and with $ there should be any number of women hanging out "in the vicinity". Also, his buddies' wives and girlfriends should likewise be setting him up with their single friends who are approaching The Wall^SPLAT! and have just figured out that their loser ski bum boyfriend is really always going to be a loser.
