So I got a hemorrhoid for the first time in my lift last night. Going on weekend trip with ltr this afternoon. Obviously I am in pain and have been treating it with ointments (prep H). My question is, would you guys not mention it to maintain attractiveness, or just be congruent and let her know what’s going on. I’m going to need to be applying this shit several times a day and we are sharing hotel room/potentiallly camping one night. Our relationship is at 1 year 9 months.

Also, anyone else deal with hemorrhoids? How long for this shit to go away? Prep H isn’t doing much yet at this point. It’s an external one. Thanks.
