I recently started a job at a school. There’s this man there who is the coordinator of the big kids (and I work with the little ones), so we were never introduced formally and we never had an opportunity to interact due to our work schedule. The thing is I’m attracted to him and (maybe I’m being delusional) but I think he is attracted to me too, but even when we cross paths in the corridor or in the steps and look at each other (and sometimes he awkwardly looks away), he never speaks with me, not even a single “hi”. He seems to be a very, very private and reserved guy overall, he’s the type that goes to work, does his job and leaves. But every time I’m around him or pass through him or I don’t know, there’s this awkward silence and tension in the air. I’ve caught him looking at me from afar, or when he was presenting something in a workshop, he looked at everyone, but me, like, he literally jumped my stare. He doesn’t use a wedding ring and I don’t know if he has a gf/fiancé. He’s so mysterious and this plays a huge appeal to all this situation, I know. What should I do? What do you guys recommend me to do? Opinions? How you guys would approach this situation?
