Thanks, interesting study. I wonder if the benefits of measured sun exposure is worth the risk of skin aging and damage. Two months ago I started getting full body sun exposure for about 10 minutes a day every other day and believe I'm sleeping and feeling better but I'm still in terrible mental and physical health so not sure.
