So I started working at this place, we have a small office with approx 25 people and its mostly girls with our both bosses being women too. There is this girl, woman, maybe 35-6-year-old, who works there for quite a long time, and sometimes she makes these statements always glorifying women. It's either done by praising women for their achievements in general, but most of the time is by telling how men are actually bad.

She sees herself as this "strong woman" that will help clear injustice with girls if anyone needs her. She doesn't really get along with anyone, but no one dares to say anything cause they try to avoid the trouble. She has finished the faculty of law, and she really likes to argue loudly to make people feel uncomfortable, and almost always she gets away with it.

Sometimes the conversation would start about something not related to genders at all, but somehow she would connect random things and end up putting men down.

For example last week she spoke with our boss about women's problems, how they have pain, they bleed atc..then she turned and started bashing about men and how we literally don't have any problems, and we don't know how it is.. how lucky we are. how its unfair, who nature spared us....bla bla..rubbish talk. I tried explaining to them some of the issues that men actually do have, but the boss actually stood on her side, ignoring all the facts that I said..Also boss has a tendency to call her a "strong woman"...oh you such a strong..etc..In reality, she is actually very weak, she struggles emotionally, she lives in the clouds, and she is frustrated as she can't find a man. All of her relationships ended up pretty badly.On a side note, she is that "money keeper" you will never get anything from her.. I bought presents, coffees, drinks..cakes for events in the past.. but she never pays for anything, and she has the most money from all of us. She doesn't seem to have any hobbies other than her job, which she will lose btw next year and she is aware of it (that's another story). Generally, she is not a bad person, she's just broken and she is lying to herself every single day. She presents herself as this happy nice girl, but she is frustrated and I can see through it as I've been there.

Thing is. I am her friend- kind of..and she really helped me many times, but I think someone has to stand up from the bullshit and cut it out. I tried a few times pointing out in a nice way that she cant do these things and I tried explaining where she is wrong, but she just doesn't seem to get it, and actually, she doesn't agree with it.

So I want to change the record, and I want to use her tactic..I'll just be loud about it, and speak my mind in front of everyone she gets the treatment of her own remedy.

I already stirred the pot few days ago as she wanted me to do something that really wasn't my job, so I said "Oh why should I do this? You are getting paid much more than me, I am paid to do X X and Y ,,.you should do it" -and also i am a man, we are too weakfor this task, it requires a strong ,preferably woman. - But don't try too hard, ppl might call you a man then. " haha

And it seems that the tides shifted a bit, cause it encouraged others to stand to her bullshit.I want to be sarcastic to the max.

So I am looking for some advice, stories that would help her realize that she actually doesn't have clue what she is on about, or to just make her mad/pissed of to what I am saying. I really want to start challenging her and make her trigger.
