This is what's called a GAMMA bias.

If a man does something bad, it's because he's a bad person.
If a woman does something bad, it's because a man made her do it.
If a man does something good, it's because a woman made him do it.
If a woman does something good, it's because she's a good person.

This is how feminism works, period. Look out for it, it's everywhere.

It’s a narrative that I think is pushed in a lot of different ways.

Have you seen Crazy Stupid Love? Basically the wife and HS sweetheart of the husband protagonist cheats on him, and wants a divorce. The husband then goes through a journey of bettering himself and making himself more attractive. He eventually becomes a lady killer and sleeps with a handful of women while they are separated (not sure if they officially divorced) and then eventually him and his wife reconcile. The message being that she cheated because he was boring and therefore their marriage was boring. He had to improve himself in order to win her back.

Imagine a movie where a guy cheats, it is painted as her fault, and then she has to go on some great journey of growth in order to win him back. Women would lose it if someone made a movie like this. By simply flipping the genders the narrative and tone completely change.

The look on my GFs face when I told her the movie doesn’t work if genders are flipped was priceless. It went from “no that’s not true” and then a couple seconds later it hit her how fucked up that is. She even brought this realization up at a dinner party with friends and all the women had the exact same reaction she did. Initial doubt followed by realization. None of them could explain why that was the case.

It's the exact same reason that when a young girl gets SA by a man it's the end of the world and people will go to the ends of the earth to kill the perp, but when a young boy gets SA by a woman the assumption is that he liked it and she gets a slap on the wrist. This despite the fact that there's no evidence that it hurts one less than the other.

These types of people are probably Trolls. And when I was first introduced to the internet, rule #1 was 'Don't feed the trolls!'. Obviously just about everyone forgot or maybe they never knew this rule to begin with. I personally don't see a need to ban anyone, isn't there enough of that crap happening on this godforsaken website? Just downvote and keep it moving.

Now as for the argument itself:

How many women actually leave their man if he sleeps with some other chick? Almost zero. In fact if he makes enough money they won't even bat an eye at it. And in fact women are more attracted to men who have other women in their lives. This is part of why the 80/20 rule happens. Because once you've been with one chick, her friends are going to be attracted to you as well.

Now if a man is married and starts to provide for another woman other than his wife on the side, that's a big fucking problem. Sex is one thing, it doesn't mean anything to us but another busted nut. But your job as a husband is to protect and provide for your wife and if you start spending your money/time/resources on a mistress that's fucked up.

The easiest thing for a man to do if he will be sleeping with multiple women is just to lay that out with women from the beginning. You'd be surprised how many women will go along with this if you just explicitly tell them how it is. That gives them the choice to consent or not. Also it's the honest way which inspires trust in the relationship.

The thing you have to realize as a man is that women do see sex as a big deal. For them it really is a big deal under natural circumstances. Of course women seem to almost universally be incapable of seeing things from a man's perspective. Ironic that many of us have been taught from childhood to empathize with women, yet the opposite is not even remotely true.
