Because calling out bullshit openly is detrimental to your social life and career. Women especially don't respond well to criticism and being called out on things. I know from experience that this is a mood and social circle killer.

Criticizing a woman is a tad like trying to criticize Israel. Someone's gonna call you a bigot, someone else might try to incite violence against you. In most domains, humans are deeply biased in favor of women.

Notably, I'm an autistic male, which allows me to speak truth to anyone I interact with and not care about their opinions at all. I don't call out women because it's not productive. (Wouldnt be productive for women to do it, either. Biology is unbeatable.)

Broadly, nothing, the men who complain about this are pretty much the same as the conservatives who complain that they get "cancelled" if they "are racist"... in that people don't like what they hear and don't want to associate with them for it.

In a micro level, if you're really being sincere, there is a stigma against acting "aggressive" towards women, but it's sexist as it tends to come with the assumption that "women are fragile and will be given to FEEmale hysteria!"

I call women out all the time. They take it in as varied of ways as men do, in that some get super defensive and immediately start looking for someone else to point a finger at, and some appreciate the feedback and use it to improve.

TL;DR

What prevents men from calling out women? Sexism. The assumption that women can't handle it and need to be protected.

Counter question. Why do women not support me when I say that men and women should go for marriage first instead of for example demanding and pressuring for sex on the first date?

I didn't exactly understand though, is this post about speaking up to bullies? Then, yeah, sadly, most people just look away, admittedly me included. As men, we definitely need to make a few tweaks on the "not my problem" attitude. On the other hand though, when there are total strangers fighting it off and I see them like for the first time in my life, I cannot know whether they are play fighting or not, in such cases I think it is better to not take any unnecessary risks, just keep going or in worst case call the police.

The most toxic women are generally b cluster personality types, and they're very good at bringing everyone to their side no matter how wrong they are. Trying to point out bullies is like trying to save a battered wife. She'll fight you with him. Fuck them all, just live in a way that it's not your problem.
