ENFORCEMENT PROVISION The parties shall hereafter execute and deliver all titles, deeds, papers, documents and/or instruments as may be necessary to effectuate the foregoing property settlement provisions; and, should either party refuse, fail or neglect to do so, a true copy of this Judgment may be filed, deposited and/or recorded with any private or governmental office or agency, acting as such grant and conveyance, in lieu of such other documentation, and with full force and effect in the premises. Further, this Court specifically retains jurisdiction to hereafter, upon proper petition, execute and issue such further orders as it may deem reasonably necessary to effectuate the terms of this Judgment, including enforcement of the property settlement herein contained and adjudged.
