I worked some time as a Restaurant manager in a fast food restaurant, men always have 2 more responsabilities, take out the trash and keep the storage in order, it's expected it from them, I tried making it equal and gave the task for women, from 5 I asked only 2 accepted the task (the ones that later will try to get the shift manager position, so was more accepting to gain points than for doing the job), the workload for men is always higher, if anything, men get paid less, that's why we're still the majority of the workforce

I never understood why gender parity is being pushed by mainstream media, and even Indian media is buying "Gender Parity" lunacy for some reason. Skills gets you paychecks not gender, my mom makes 25 times more than my dad because she is highly skilled(A doctor, btw). Why don't we talk about women representation in Sewage, Electric, Plumbing and many other risky professional services?. Take that you feminist bitches, no two souls get equal payments there are multifarious reasons on why one gets paid more than other ranging from being a part of highly demanded professional services to numbers of hours worked, and gender ain't one(unless you talk about sports, where sexual dimorphism gives men a leverage to cash in as we know Men have more fast twitch fibers) . Basic economics should be taught to everyone, Left wing morons and feminists need take classes to fathom complexities of modern world and how economy works.
