My lawyer requested more time on discovery. We got it set to 10/31, but we still filed my papers early. Casenet shows that mine are filed and served, but not my ex's.

She cannot afford her lawyer, and she thought I'd be ordered to pay for them. I was not. Now she's begging me to let her drop the divorce hearings (Which she filed) and switch to a mediator (since the judge also did not award her child support or alimony and only 50/50 custody.)

I'm thinking she fired her lawyer, but casenet still says she is represented by her. Does it usually say that even if the lawyer has been fired? She is obviously delinquent on her discovery filing...does that mean anything?
