This was going to be my first Thanksgiving alone as my STBXW planned to take our kids to have dinner with her family. Then my 2 month old son got sick so she cant go now. Doesn’t even bother to plan a thanksgiving dinner at home ( I’m still living in the same house but I’m the office ) and acts like it’s just going to be another day at home dinner. So do I not do Thanksgiving dinner with my kids bc she didn’t originally want to and didn’t seem like she is happy to be home to celebrate it just at our house, or overlook that she doesn’t care for me to spend the holiday with me but know I’m able to be there with my kids until the next holiday which is worst as it will be Christmas?!
