This then forces woman who truly want to be SAHM’s into something they don’t want, and maybe the husband doesn’t want either. The problem is the courts, and their failure to look at each case by itself, and instead enforce blanket rules using stereotypical marriage characteristics. This could not be 100% fail proof, but it would be a start.

It is a stupid idea overall because there is no benefit to a man getting married.

You know what benefits a man? Staying single, just dating, never cohabitating, dump anyone who isn't making you happy.

Don't have kids either because you're basically playing Russian roulette. Men have very few paternity rights but have a massive financial responsibility for kids. Don't do it, get a vasectomy and just say no.

say they’re making around the same but one person saves their spare money and invests it while the other doesn’t. the person who saved who pays in the divorce.

Because of the major disparity in our incomes, my wife paid $0 in federal income tax last year. She demanded we split our refund equally. smdh
