It is a brutal world. Woman's world. My son was accused of sexual assault. It was terrible last two years. It went to the court and he won. But scars left. He paid with hypomania. Now in stage of depression. Severe one. Not mentioning about money paid to the lawyer. She did that because she could. Her testimony didn't have sense. She is terrible, terrible person.

These false accusations are killing people and family. Many men commit suicide because of this, and court systems automatically convict in 75% of the cases regardless of evidence. This needs to stop.

dude my cousin got falsely accused of rape a few years ago after trying to break up with the crazy girl he was dating. he managed to mostly clear his name and avoid a harsh sentence, but he still was put on the sex offender registry and given community service. not to mention the time spent in court and the resulting trauma. false rape accusers are fucking scum and deserve to be punished just as harshly as rapists.
