“Legally”, yes she can put you on guy #2’s hook, because you are being a dork and handing out free money to her. If she ever got a case of the ass and hauled you into court and told a judge, “He gives me extra money for xyz.” A judge would do back flips and stick you with double C$.
Stop doing it! I get it, she needs help, and you’re “friends”, whatever. When does she get held accountable? When does she have to pull her own weight?
She’s taking advantage of you, and you fell for it.

to get an order for you to pay child support she would first have to file a petition that you are the legal father, and you are not so don't worry. this makes sense, otherwise one could go after any Tom, Dick or Harry who gifted mom a lil bit of money.

I would advise to establish this extra money as a personal loan. Let her know that if she wants it to continue that loan agreement needs to be put in writing somehow. I would advise getting a lawyer and being tactful because she will likely identify your motives and try to grab money while she can. People who make their living off of getting peoples money get good at getting peoples money.

I once saw a reddit post from a single mother asking how she could hook her kindly male next door neighbour who regularly babysat her kid at her house while she was at work, I don't even believe they were fucking.

I'm not saying don't help others in need, just don't let others take advantage of you. If you must, give her paper cash only and don't leave a paper or digital trail that can be used against you, that includes yours or hers or the kids social media.
