What if the shoe was on the other foot and i wasnt worried about protecting myself from what she does as far as running up debt or eliminating assets? What if i wanted to inflict as much damage as possible and make this narcissist gas lighting bitch pay for the hell she put me through the last few years all the while i was trying to save our marriage?

If a 50/50 state it's by when you file. So you'd be paying half of her rent and moving, plus whatever else she buys until then. The same applies for assets if she's working
