The ol' "how do I make my man more redpilled" question. Seems to come up here at least once a few months.

You can do nothing, and generally most that have been in this space know so. I've explained that here on RPW before.

It will never work because it's topping from the bottom, and your desire to have a more "alpha" man will be from your source, not his. This is incongruent with your logic.

In the back of your mind you will despise that you could change the actions of a man rather than he doing so himself from his own authority.

It is the source of this which makes a man "alpha" or "beta" to women.

Well, first thing is first, if he is more codependent, the answer is more self-love. This might involve therapy. That will make him more "alpha" to some extent. More self-confidence, etc, but he'll have to do the work. But chances are he'll never be some kind of person he's not. Personality can change over time, but it's not like he's going to have a completely different one one day.

Get him to workout, boosts testosterone. Go to doctor and get his T-levels checked, can get some TRT if it's low.

Try asking his friend to buy him dumbbells (or just buy them yourself, but make sure the friend's in on it), tell him they were a gift from his friend, and set them up in a place/room he frequently visits. Since he won't have to go out of his way to get to a place to workout, he'll be more likely to do it. Also, swipe his phone (check his messages just in case), go on YouTube, and just simply watch some Alpha/Red Pill videos. They're eventually going to be recommended to him, and he might start watching them.
