I'll answer, mostly because you seem to be handling the toxicity of the thread with enough composure to warrant an answer.

There's a lot of social backlash that would make it difficult for you to find a man 15 years older. Furthermore, those older wealthy guys already have 1-3 kept / ex / side women and you will usually end up a brief toy for them. It's definitely possible but difficult.

I have a different suggestion for you. Let go of your need to be incredibly wealthy within the next two years. Find somebody 5-7 years older who is in his late 20s to early 30s and swinging up into that realm. Be there for him and support him, let him be the captain and be the first mate he needs and grow together. Build a relationship that's meant to last. There are tons of single medicine / surgery residents that are only a couple years away from making 200k-500k.

If you don't wanna do the work of approaching men, use proximity. Go to more expensive bars that are near the places wealthy men work. Happy hour near a cluster of financial buildings or medical complex or law firms with put you around tons of men. They will approach you especially if it's not in a setting where there is any social backlash.

Social circle is absolutely massive. Befriend girls that are married / dating extremely wealthy men. They will have surrounded themselves with other wealthy people to introduce you to. Yes I am literally telling to gold-dig your yoga network.

I don't know where you live but that's honestly the biggest factor. For instance in NYC there are tons of wealthy men but also even more models and actresses and singers looking to be taken care of. I would choose your post-college city very carefully. Find somewhere with a good mix of fields of wealthy social men without lots of feminine friendly fields. Nyc is really rough for girls....

Ultimately, there is absolutely nothing wrong with what you want. You know what will make you happy, but you lack the knowledge or skills to attain it because women will literally sabotage your attempts because it's not consistent with the female hive mind of what is acceptable. That's why others are suggesting going to RedPillWomen. You will still get bullshit emotional garbage from them, but there will be acceptance of your goals and support and knowledge to attain them.

Heya, I am where you want to be and find these types of men fairly easy.

Never lead with your looks. Ever. The minute you do that, you're putting yourself out there in a sexual way. Tone down the looks, go with minimal (or even no makeup if you can). Dress up for him after you've got him. I have had insanely good luck with men of higher social standing this way to the point of having plenty of great options (pro athletes, high earning financial types, etc), even when they are surrounded with so-called 9s and 10s. You want to focus on being "Pretty and attractive", not "Sexy/Hot and attractive". I dull myself down to a 7 - 7.5, this was my magic threshold.
Your ego and attitude is kind of shitty, tbh. Even in here, you're not really here for advice, you're posting this to stroke your ego and get attention from men as evident by your "other women this and that"... Anyway, get a hold of the jealousy and the vanity. It comes off high maintenance, and any well to do guy who catches whiff of this will simply fuck around with you to put you in your place and nothing more. Learn to soft approach with men. Yes, you can approach and get his attention. Especially in this day and age where men are cautious because saying "Hi!" is now tantamount to "omg u sexually harassed meeee". I took cues from guys who were interested, and made the first approach by simply being nice, and talking to them. I let them make the first move with continuing it.
You had best be a domestic goddess. I don't give a fuck what your education is, and neither does the rich guy you want. Every man -- EVERY man -- worth having will be infinitely amazed by a woman who can lay a nice dinner spread over a woman who puts on makeup or lingerie. You could literally have stubble on your legs and it wouldn't matter, he'd find a reason to love it. Mine discovered I'm a scratching post in the middle of the night, whereas he was incredibly turned off with his ex.
Following the above, realize guys are easy as fuck to keep loyal barring rare circumstances. All you need to do: be nice, be a good companion, have sex/cuddle, initiate. If you want to be in housewife territory, you need to consistently display those qualities, on top of looking after the home. It is an instinctual thing, no matter how rich the guy is, no matter how many house maids or nannies he can afford: he wants to see who/what will be raising his kid and who/what he is providing for. Bonus: figure out what gets him going. Men generally have "secret" kinks they gravitate to. If you can't preform for whatever reason, then start working on your dirty talking skills.
Get in to the things he likes, and try to find similar things you like that you can introduce him to. Be a good conversationalist, and be interesting. Learn to enjoy silence, learn to have an abundance of personal hobbies to fill your time, and learn to appreciate compliments that have nothing to do with your looks. Each and every one of those men I had as an option, I never once had to sleep with. For me, the best compliment I ever heard was "You're really refreshing to be around, it feels good, I really like talking to you and being around you". This is how you know you can step it up a little bit in the looks department and be a little more receptive to flirting.
I come across these guys through networking, approaching online, or at their place of employment. I met my spouse through Facebook. He is far from the highest earner in my options, but to be honest, I just really really liked him to the point where it did not matter. He runs his own business and does well, we own a nice century house, have a baby on the way, and I'm looked after in every possible way. In return, I look after him in every possible way. It leaves no room for anything else -- including hanging out with friends, partying, Facebook, etc. Everything I do is an extension of him and ensuring his success.

I'm attracted to a radiant personality in a woman. Looks fade. Going to give an opinion that will be perceived as "out there" but fucking a super attractive woman doesn't bring me any fulfillment, it's momentary sensual pleasure - like scratching an itch.

I think if you want to get where you want to be you are going to have to take a risk. No risk bo reward. What I mean is if you go after a man who is already successful he will be perfectly happy to fuck you, give you gifts treat you to dinners etc but will see you as a gold digging whore. if he's smart (he didn't become successful by being not smart), he won't invest emotionally, and will not consider y'alls' relationship as a permanent arrangement. This is the safe bet, financially, but the reward of a happy living marriage is not likely. Possible, but not likely because you weren't there when he was eating ramen while he was building his real estate empire or whatever.

If you want to achieve your ultimate goal, you have to be there with the guy while he's going through the hard times that he needs to go through in order to reach the good times. You need to be eating ramen right along side him to show him that you believe in his dream as much as he does (actually believe in him). Risky business because if you pick the wrong horse you end up where you started but 30 and with an unsuccessful man who you're likely going to leave, no career and maybe some kids. But if he does well you're with him for life. putting in the investment up front will pay relationship dividends. You can mitigate risk by properly vetting your suitors but that will only get you so far.
