I think blaming intactivists for this is unfair. The people who perform a surgery and the people who order said surgery are responsible for their patients safety. You need to hold people accountable, like in the mentioned case of Goodluck Caubergs the midwife and the parents, you don't need new laws.

Bound to win? Don't think so. You can't legally set up a medical service offering cut-rate home operations on the kitchen table by unqualified staff; but operations in hospitals by qualified surgeons are in no danger of going away as a consequence, even over time.

Having circumcisions done in clean conditions with the latest medical equipment is not going to make them go away; it will be used as an additional reason for how good and safe they are.

Ally Fogg has used his lie method yet again. "I lay at least some of the blame squarely at the feet of anti-circumcision activists." Yeah right Ally [insert obligatory sarcasm apology here].
