In general I wouldn't take dating advice from feminists. Overall this isn't a terrible list of things. The biggest problem I have with feminists, is that they shame men who try and get dating advice from other men by calling them misogynistic pick-up artists and such.

Just something I want to point out, in the dating world a man is forced to read body language. A woman who fails to do so can be considered cute and endearing.

I actually agreed with this once I read what was written by the author. The only thing I would like to add is that I would like women to know what it is like to ask out a girl as a guy and how much it sucks even when you are not rejected. Put yourself in his shoes and think it over. I won't get into the messed up histories of romance where persistence used to be considered the norm and was just winning the woman over since it brings up far to many issues to discuss.

Mostly agreed, but one thing I would like to bring up is if it was a cute guy staring and scoping you out chances are you would feel different. Basically it comes down to the rule of it is okay if I am attracted to you, but if not? Creepy! The guy does not know until after he has made the blunder. Men are not mind readers unfortunately.

Women who wear heavy makeup, push-up bras, heels, or other “sexualized” clothing in public aren’t necessarily looking for the attention of every man in the room. Does not compute, why dress up as something if you don't want to have people think of you that way? See the joke about dressing up like a cop that one comedian made.

They might be dressing that way because it’s comfortable for them, they’re interested in attracting someone else, or they just like to look good.

ding ding ding! They want to attract someone, generally a very select few if the statistics bear out, just not everyone so as a defense mechanism she labels them as creepy. You are literally complaining about being attractive and desired by most because you only want to be attractive to those you are already attracted to. It makes no freaking sense!

Don’t Take It Personally If She Gives You the Cold Shoulder

So when you see a MRA reacting badly to women due to shitty experiences in dating you call him a bitter loser, but when women do the same thing for similar reasons we should think it is okay? Not to mention does this not just make the cycle repeat itself? As common knowledge goes if you are having a shitty day don't take it out on others that is just childish.

It's going to be interesting in about 5 years or so watching as this crop of feminists hit their 40's and start going out of their fucking mind because their crazy has kept them single or trapped them in unfulfilling relationships.

You know that episode of Louis with Parker Posey? The part where they're at the bar and the bartender is like "You're cut off, you crazy bitch"? Remember the look on Posey's face while her brain processes that her previous behavior has limited her options? It's going to be on hundreds of thousands to millions of women's faces in increasing numbers in about 5 years.

A creepy person could be anyone of any gender or sexual orientation, well-meaning or otherwise, who makes someone else feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or wary.

You mean like a homeless person or a muslim? Wouldn't it make more sense to call the person who has all those feelings creepy?

Boundaries are the invisible gates of social interaction that people set up for themselves.

I always try to set up boundaries when I use public transportation, but all these creeps keep standing too close, can't they be polite and wait for the next train?

“Hey I wanted to talk to you a bit but don’t want to be a bother either. Is it ok if we chatted?” This hasn’t crossed into creepy territory, because you’ve asked her and not assumed anything.

Following someone is creepy for the same reason. In the scenario with the train, maybe your car is noisy and the woman is really far away from you and you have to get conspicuously close to her to say anything. If she’s aware of her surroundings, you moving toward her might instantly set her on edge and make her less receptive to your greeting.

I tried not to move towards anybody on a train, but in any direction I might move I can see somebody. This makes entering or leaving the train non-creepily impossible.

Does this mean women hate guys who treat them with respect? Nope. It just means that women do not owe romantic attraction to everyone who treats them like a human being.

If we live in a misogynistic culture, treating women like human beings is kinda special and should earn a man at least a cookie.
