Wow that's insane.

Yeah it's a stupid prank. And it should be stopped.

However they aren't doing this as some sort of expression of solidarity with rapists or whatever the author is imagining. It's because those booths exist. If there were booths like that intended for men to report being mugged they would mess with those too. But since they don't exist that doesn't happen.

So yeah, resources to help women will be abused more than resources to help men. But not as part of some war on women. No, it's because the former actually exists.

For instance, someone may break the window of the women's center but not the men's center. Why? Misogyny? Rape culture? No . . . it's because the men's center doesn't fucking exist.

So many weasel words, not a single fact among them. How many rapes ARE there on Canadian campuses? What are the mitigating factors in lowering that number? What have we done already and is there anything else we can do without simply embracing guilt before innocence standards?

Yes, and in high school, there are lot's a Satan worshiping kids, trying to form solidarity with fire, they're not trying to get out of class or have fun!

Odd that male students' safety on campus is not a priority.

There's rampant gender bias throughout the article. And for 'ply her with liquor', read 'buy her drinks' - another reason to never offer a woman a drink again.

“Most women who call us don’t want to use the police,” Ms. Bentham says. “So, we are coming up with other ways of getting accountability and action.”

Activists are tracking bars where women consistently report being administered date-rape drugs. They will also “out” suspected rapists with an Internet campaign or a neighbourhood posters that identify them.

Aand... I'm done. No suprise Canada is the centre of the MRM, where misandry is now emerging as a form of vigilantism.
