There are far worse campaigns out there. I don't see anything wrong with promoting "enthusiastic consent".

I do agree that 'If you have to convince them, it's not consent.' maybe takes things a bit too far. The problem with sex right now is that men are socialized to believe they need to obtain it, and women are socialized that they need to withhold it. The result is a situation where men are expected to 'extract' sex from withholding women.

Enthusiastic consent is important for both men and women. Men need to learn to get it before trying to engage in sexual activity, and women need to learn to give it when they're interested (and not feel guilty or be shamed by society for being enthusiastic about sex in the first place)

The only two I really disagree with is the convincing one, and the sobriety one.

I can certainly consent when I'm not sober. In fact I haven't been entirely sober in years now.

And the convincing one, why do you think guys wear nice clothes or develop any sense of charisma? It convinces women they want to sleep with those men. I think intimidation is a more fitting term for their message.

If you have to convince them, and they agree, then it IS consent. Coercion would be a better word than convince. Coercion is not the only form of convincing.

The entire paradigm of consent is stupid. Sex isn't something you do to someone. Sex is something you do with someone.

You don't seek consent to watch a movie with someone - you seek mutual agreement. Similarly, you shouldn't seek consent "to do sex to" someone. You should reach a mutual agreement to have sex with each other.

I disagree with quite a few of them, but others are good. The best part is that they are not gendered, however some of them are outrageously infantilising and idiotic:

If they say "Yes" and change their mind, it's not consent. - Ehm, well they still consented. If they no longer consent, they need to express that assent, just 'changing your mind' is not enough, you need to tell the other party/ies so.
If they aren't sober, they can't consent. - Complete bullshit.
The absence of "no" is not consent. - It can most certainly be.
If you have to convince them, it's not consent. - Well, yes, yes it is. If they consent, they consent.
If they don't feel free to say "No", it's not consent. - And how is someone to know whether they feel free to say "No"?
Only an informed, sober, freely-given, ongoing, enthusiastic "Yes!" is consent. - The hell it is. If you consent to sex, you consent, whether it's informed, sober, enthusiastic and ongoing or not doesn't change that. Consent can also be silent, there doesn't have to be a "Yes!".

What the hell do they mean by 'enthusiastic'? If a girl says 'yes, I want' in a quiet voice, after a loooong, looooooooooong moment of deliberation, it's not enthusiastic?

Also, if they are drunk and say yes, that is still consent. Same reason drunk drivers don't get off free now, they chose to drink and therefore take that risk. If someone rapes someone who is drunk, then it is obviously rape, but if two drunk people willingly have sex, it's their responsibility.
