I appreciate that if you are sitting an exam, you don't want to argue, but what's the reasoning behind the school making you shave? Did they say there was a reason?

If there was some sort of dress code at your school against facial hair, then it sucks but there probably won't be much you can do about it. However, I would recommend you turn to a female teacher w/ a mustache and hand her a razor, see how it goes hahaha

Is there a dress code for men and women? Is it enforced differently for men than women? If yes, then it is something to discuss here. If not, then it doesn't belong here. If you want to talk about general rights of dress codes, that is fine, but it is more appropriate for a different subreddit.

I think you should have bodily autonomy and a right to free expression in how you look.
