Well... innocent until proven guilty... as disturbing as this "alleged" crime is. We expect it for alleged rape, that has to cut both ways.

Yeah, aggravate assault charges should not have been filed. Attempted murder charges should have been.

Now this doesn't make her guilty on its own but it doesn't look good for her, and still there's that due process thing.

She would sit in the living room with her pseudo feminist harpy friends, and they would discuss how to eliminate the men in their lives from their lives, but keep all their shit. And maybe even get the gumen to toss in some cash in the course of it. I was 10.

My mother wasn't married to her THIRD husband a year before she started blithering this shit.
