Women tend to place a high priority on achieving that work-life equilibrium, with an increasing number reporting “success” as defined by a balance between home and the office.

The solution is of course obvious: lecture women from a young age that their happiness doesn't matter. That the only way they will count in society is if they sacrifice friends, hobbies, family, happiness, free time, health, etc for their career. The benefits of that career will not go to them of course (no time) but will be enjoyed by their mate and kids.

Then they can die young and unfulfilled.

And that is how women will achieve parity with men in business.

Oh and if you fail it's your fault and proof that the government should let you die in the gutter since you obviously aren't worth any sort of support.

Your failures will be your own. And you will be condemned for not spending enough time with your kids even as you are condemned for spending too much time already.

Maybe once more women start founding and building large companies, it will be appropriate for more of them to be on boards and top management positions.

They should probably get started on the "harassment" laws because all women will be seen as being there to meet a quota. Might as well kill two birds with one stone and save taxpayers some money.
