There are so many guides out there. Some are a bit cringe though and will make you sound forced.

Don't try to go below your natural register.

While voice depth can be nice, try talking slowly. A patient, steady voice will naturally be deeper and sound more commanding.

Keep you chin up and speak. Ig its low then youur voice is high. If chin is up your voice will be deeper. And get your nose looked. Doctors might need to cut some extra skin inside.

Could be my imagination, but I could have sworn my voice sounded deeper when I did nofap and worked out more. I assume testosteron is linked to the sound of your voice, hence the whole puberty voice thing? Work on that, the voice might follow.

scream at the top of your lungs a few times. you'll rip your vocal cords and sound deeper until they heal. now did I do this in high school sometimes? yes. is it healthy? probably not.

Some things you cannot use the "fake it till you make it" phrase. There is literally no way you can make you voice sound deeper unless through aging

Most of the time it's not about you lacking in the voice department but it's about your perception on how you sound like. If you sound like Minnie Mouse getting fucked then that's different.
