The dress

"The dress" is a photograph that became a viral Internet sensation on 26 February 2015, when viewers disagreed over whether the colors of the item of clothing depicted were black and blue or white and gold. The phenomenon revealed differences in human color perception which have been the subject of ongoing scientific investigation in neuroscience and vision science, with a number of papers published in peer-reviewed science journals.

The photo originated from a washed-out color photograph of a dress posted on the social networking service Tumblr. In the first week after the surfacing of the image alone, more than 10 million tweets mentioned the dress, using hashtags such as #thedress, #whiteandgold and #blackandblue.

Google wants the most Diverse Staff, and by Diverse they men no Males...

You don't get that with your employees calling half the population inferior.

hmm, I dont believe anyone said that at all. Demore claimed that over the entire population females where more likely to choose a career path that allowed them to work with people, where males choose a career path that allows them to work with things

This is why Nursing, Teaching, etc are primary female dominate, and Tech, Construction, etc are primary male dominate

Nothing in the Memo was anything about capability, or an individual, he was calling into question Google Diversity programs which more or less blamed men for Googles lack of diversity, instead of looking at actual causes for why many many many women choose of their own free will not to enter tech fields, and no it is not because of evil men oppressing them as the SJW Feminists would have you believe
