OP's complaint rests on ignoring a gigantic amount of context about the sexes and pretending the two situations could ever be remotely "the same".

The same thing happens with women sports journalists in changing rooms, and with women being able to slip into men's toilets without much fuss while the reverse is much more resisted.

The alleged flipping of these situations is invalid because it ignores a bunch of context. It is interesting to try to do a flip but it is a lot of work.

Start by imagining women have always been 6" taller than men and twice as strong, and that men are the sexual selectors because men get pregnant and carry the baby, and bond with it before it is even born, and nurse it and and need to be supported to raise it. Now try to imagine the sort of society and gender roles that will have grown up around those basic facts. Interesting exercise but we have moved a long way from being able to compare with our real life locker room.

They might be used to seeing her naked. Coaching is sweaty work.

This is in Europe, Germany. US people commenting on how nudity is handled in Germany is like homeless bums discussing the technicalities of corporate mergers.

Mixed public saunas are normal in Germany, everybody is naked. Same with many swimming spots.

From the username /u/FeierInMeinHose might know more about the cultural context.

I agree with you there could be a problem, and the power makes it much more serious than that with women reporters in dressing rooms.
But given the nature of the job I don't see it as a big deal, nowadays there are always at least some separate shower + changing cubicles and facilities for big games will be configured with the understanding there may be women in the men's changing rooms. They aren't going to set the players up for dick pics by sneaky reporters.
