Lift. Do you lift? Go lift. Read this sub between sets.
What's your plan? Have you got any goals? Smaller waist, bigger chest?
Career goals? Have you got any? How do you get there? Who can help you?
Write this down. Work on it.

Goals. Goals are good. Thank you, I'll do this.

This is about you focussing on you. This is key.

I came here to say this, slightly differently.
You aren't focused on you.
Your goal is not the woman. Your goal, always, is to improve yourself. Setting goals of doing things you are passionate about, that venture that you keep thinking about (the one where you kept that drawing from two years ago)... Go do it. Set it as one of your goals. Work toward it passionately. Take risks as appropriate. Learn new things. Lift.
Your goal, in the context of women is to stop reading all these resources, and just get out there and meet them, learn from the success and failure and continue on. Because the goal wasn't the woman. The goal was you pushing yourself to get out there.
I ramble. Pardon.

It’s because you did all that Redpill shit for pussy. Now you don’t do that shit anymore because you get pussy.

You sound like you need to go do deadlifts until you can stop buying into your own excuses as to why you're deliberately stepping on your own shoelaces.

Go listen to David Goggins' first JRE interview. It should light a fire under your ass.

It sounds counter-intuitive compared to other comments, but do yourself a favour and take a break.
I'm studying law (in Germany) which is brutally compared to other countries. We are told that it would roughly take 10 years to finish, which is correct unfortunately. For the final test (which consists of 8 tests in writing, each test takes 5 hours over a period of two weeks + an oral test, if you pass the tests in writing) I was learning for 10+ hours every day, seven days a week over months. I was exhausted. My life consisted of learning, lifting and meeting friends for lunch (because we all have to eat, why don't use that time to socialize?). After getting stress-symptoms like inflamed gums, tinnitus etc. I realized, that I was pushing myself too hard. I noticed that I needed a break from time to time, like one day per week, where you take a walk in the woods or read a good book and do nothing work related. The next day I would be motivated to grind again. Maybe you should try that.

This has been a bad month for me as well, OP. I know what it's like to be on a roll and then fall back into old routines. Don't sweat it. It happens to the best of us. Just be kind to yourself, or your down period might end up taking longer than neccesary because of a vicious psychological spiral downward.
For me, its the European winter. The lack of sun is quite literally making me feel like a withering plant, to the point where I have difficulty even focusing on keeping myself alive. It will pass though. I'm sick of feeling depressed, so I'm going to take my vitamin D and get my house in order. Also, I'm starting a new job soon which will allow me to be outside a lot more, so that should get the blood flowing.
Two steps forward, one step back, until you're ready to sprint. Best of luck, OP, we're going to make it.

I just wanted to let you know that I’m going through the exact same thing. I came into this year hard with a red pill mentality and work ethic to back it. Now I’ve fallen off almost completely and just feel lost. Cheers to a 2019 of us both getting back to it and proving everyone wrong.

This is an asktrp post. If you don't even know that you're not really red pill. You just had a couple of good weeks because you read some feel good shit. You haven't changed at all. Simple as that.

Are you lifting? I’ve noticed anytime I take a break from the gym I lose much more then just muscle.

It takes years to digest the red pill, after digesting it many become black pilled, many become purple pilled and very few become truly redpilled.

You've already identified the problems. Write them down and FIX THEM. One by one. Then go lift MORE. Re-evaluate your finances, check your rough/estimated budget. Go for a long walk, go into the woods and lay down on the earth. Fast for a day. Get after it.

I play video games.
I recommend cutting that out first, because those things can be way more addictive than most people would think. Porn can be very bad too, but I've never developed an addiction to it, only video games. Cut whichever one is a bigger problem for you out of your life completely. https://gamequitters.com/how-to-quit-playing-video-games/
