This was my favourite quote about the US women's march:

"If ever you feel like you're wasting your life, remember that thousands of women marched for rights they already have."

Equal pay for equal work is the law, has been for decades. But that would mean that women don't need feminism, and leading feminists would lose their money and political power.

So they lie to their gullible followers and get them riled up over a non-issue. I think it's due to a combination of innumeracy (making it easier to fool the idiots with "77 cents on the dollar" nonsense) and resentment over the realisation that personal choices have consequences, including to personal income (Some women are so soaked in entitlement that they think it's just wrong that a childcare worker in a capital city is paid less than a mining engineer who works at a remote mine site. Never mind that they could have been the mining engineer if they made different choices and put in the work; they don't want that, they want the income without making the sacrifices.). When they aren't indulged with what they want, they join angry feminist marches and call for Socialism.

It's classic use of Propaganda. The logic is "They March because There is a Real Issue, why otherwise would They March". They are convinced that they are dealing with a real issue and everyone else is wrong - this occurs often in personality disordered individuals with narcissistic and sociopathic tendencies.

Given that Australia has "INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION (FEMALE RATES) AMENDMENT ACT. - Act No. 42, 1958.".

One has to wonder why 60 Years later Juvenile Australian Females are claiming that for 60 years there has been a Mass Conspiracy across all of Australia to defy the law.

That conspiracy has had to involve every Politician in 60 years, every civil servant, every business owner and CEO, every board member of every public business, and more or less the whole population of Australia and every person who has worked in Australia under a work permit for the last 60 years.

The number of Gap year backpackers who have been to Oz and been party to this Conspiracy of Oppression is staggering and is measured in the Tens Of Millions.

So there has either been an Australian Criminal Conspiracy involving Hundreds of Millions of Australians and Visitors to Pay women less.... or maybe some lunatics are seeking attention by claiming they are Victims and oppressed only by their own stupidity and ignorance.

Take note of where exactly these women come from and what lives they lead and you will have your answer. The feminist ranks are largely made up of rich, white upper/middle class women. The communities they live in tend to be majority white and they genuinely think they're oppressed living in such a way by the evil patriarchy.

Once you understand that, then you understand why they do what they do. They have absolutely nothing going on in their lives, they're university students, house wives or just rich people with too much money trying to find something to do. That's why they have the time unlike the rest of us to come out in droves for these stupid marches every day.

As for the issues themselves, the wage gap is a load of bullshit, you may not realise this, but a lot of the media outlets and everything now call it the earnings gap when they used to call it the wage gap and I believe that's because they got so blasted for calling it that they just couldn't keep it up anymore. It's only really the activist groups and so on who don't have a clue of what they're talking about that keep pushing the wage gap, women don't get paid less than men, they work less hours than men and that's why the earnings gap exists.

Note: Wages and earnings are different things, the wage is the hourly wage a person is paid, the earnings are how much a person earns after the week or day is over, feminists are constantly trying to present their earnings as evidence of wage discrimination when it's not.

This is my conspiracy theory, but I believe that the real reason they're pushing these issues so much in the public eye is a blackmail tactic against employers. University is ending for many of these feminist students especially now, they know they can't get fuck all work and they've wasted their lives deep down and they have useless gender studies degrees. So they've done what they only know how to do they target companies and corporations claiming they're discriminating against women. The corporations especially panic because they don't want what they perceive as a PR disaster, they ask the feminists what they should do and then that's how the feminists slink their way into made up positions that pay them a ridiculous amount for doing fuck all except bitch about gender equality and trigger warnings like in University.

This is my understand of the rich white feminists anyway which are the ones I despise the most, this is why I believe they're attacking the games industry so much again and other tech companies, they're graduating.

The Equal Pay is there, the data is just skewed easily enough. Plenty of companies just submit to pay inquiries to check for disparities directly along gender lines and are not punished because there is no disparity, and if there is then employee function often explains the discrepancies. US labor boards have been warning about this for long enough that politicians have stopped trying to mention the myth.

As far as the US is concerned, the Equal Pay Act has been solidified for over fifty years now. We do, however, have the highest maternity death rate and infant mortality rate of any developed country and the obvious remedy is socialized healthcare so women aren't inclined to save thousands or more by giving birth in a bathtub.

But those official feminist organizations are given money directly by state and federal sources. They couldn't possibly be remaining nonthreatening to their funding sources which would most certainly lose some money if they had to take care of their taxpayers themselves like everyone else on the planet instead of budgeting out to the titanic military that leisurely keeps broad custodianship over the globe.

The US is the toughest nation to push serious civil rights change in, before relatively recent times protests and sizable movements had to be reacted to by politicians because the media was reporting on less things so a lack of saturation meant the people were focused on the most interesting and most ongoing thing at the time. When there were demonstrations, they were paid due attention, and broadcasting companies didn't have social media to gauge what the population supports and decries so they just gave everything due respect and made little attempt to twist a story. We already forgot the riots and protests in the earlier 2010s because of the market crash crushing the already impoverished population.

In shorter words, Australia might be just as deeply gripped by feminist policy and rhetoric, but the US is so dull to real troubles and dazed by well-spun stories we may as well be empty handed going into this, we can only count on empathy and consciousnesses. Stay strong.

The whole, "there are more important things," argument is piss poor, becasue then we just fall into a never ending one-up argument. You can say, "that homeless guy," and someone else can say, "child hunger." Its useless.
