We’ve had 17 new hires as several people quit/resigned/left the company. Not a single one of them is Asian, Hispanic, Black, or Male.

I ask myself what are the odds of that as previously we had black women and white men hired. Their hiring website is the same and the ad for the job has not changed.

Of course, you could argue by some strange miracle that it just happened that only white women applied, but I don’t buy it. Why didn’t this happen last year when the same job was offered at the same time?

I don’t know how to address this. It is a very small company and we have 39 employees currently (4, including me are men (2 Hispanic, 2 white men). We have 6 Hispanic women. No black or Asian men or women. Everyone else is a white female.). They’ll just argue that only white women applied.

I don’t understand why white women are not considered overly privileged far more than white males. They seem to have everything going for them including an education system tailored to them, programs aimed at them increasing college enrollment despite that they make up the vast majority of college students, and significant social support men do not receive. So why don’t we recognize them as a privileged class?

Why is it always minorities AND women, and not just Minorities (men and women included)? Why are white women linked with minorities as someone struggling to achieve? They achieve better than white men and continue getting programs and support men don’t get.

If SJWs really are social justice warriors, how are they so blinded by the issues men face and don’t seek social justice for that?

I just don’t get how even when we have the access to the totality of human knowledge in our pocket, that ignorance still prevails.
