It's pretty easy to tell.

Red Pillers only show false humility and deference when it makes them "look good". They are so insecure they always have to be impressive in some way, and so they put on a show of what they think others will find impressive.

So just look out for the humble brags and compliment other guys in front of him to see if he almost immediately does something to get your attention in a way that might illicit a similar, positive response.

Get off your high horse and stop acting so high and mighty.I'm tired of people acting like they can tell or send somebody's ideas or thoughts because they can't and believe me you may think you can somehow tell red pill ideas from this guy but you can't. I can spot a feminist from thousands of miles away but just because they are feminist doesn't mean they're a man-hater either but you see how generalizing like that is crazy.

I can usually tell by how they think or what words they choose to use or even how they use those words yet even still I'm not a mind reader nor am I God so I can't accurately assess who was who.
