Pema Chordan's "Places that Scare you"

This is general good reading for anyone but its focused on learning meditation, focusing on fighting anxiety and bringing a greater sense of consciousness. Not necessarily a feminist text but Chordan is one of the most famous Tibetan Buddhist nuns who has made Tibetan Buddhism very accessible to the west and is in her own culture unique for being such an outspoken woman.
