In the US those programs are terrible. There are lower class women stuck in an inter generational cycle of poverty that do max out those benefits, it’s not a new phenomena. The solution begins with education but no one wants to fund that until they can make money from college loans or from slave labor in the prison industrial system

I live in a county that has a marginally better welfare compares to the US.

Yet, it's still better to be in a working family than it is a single parent. There's benefit entitlement calculators online that you see this for yourself.

Social programs only allow women to barely survive, not have any comfortable life. I don't know how it can encourage anyone to have kids. They rather encourage women to not sleep around and find a good provider, because they see what can happen if they do sleep around - single motherhood and social programs. No thanks.

Women who choose thugs and unemployed low life's to mate with deserve to go hungry and have hungry dirty-faced children.

The problem with society is we enable and even provide INCENTIVES for the dumbest, least productive people in society to sit around, abuse drugs and alcohol and make babies.

Hunger is a great motivator. We should stop making sure everyone isn't hungry.
