Oof too true. I had a break up with a NVM more than a year ago. Dude was still hung up on his ex. I recently learned that his ex dump his beta bitch ass 3 times to get with other guys all before I came along. He took her back each time. He’s pathetic and a piece of shit for other reasons. Glad I don’t have to deal with him nor see his ass ever again💆‍♀️

At the end of the 'relationship' I had literally changed my narc ex's name on my phone to 'the shit 💩💩💩' that was probably a good motivator to finally cut the trauma bond, because why would I want to be with a shit when I am a decent, moral, kind person, capable of being a good partner? No amount of cleansing will scrub the shit off some people cos they're shits to the core.
