Don't say anything. They'll not listen to you even if you provide arguements with a good logic. They're stubborn and it's very hard to change someone who is completely brainwashed. Arguing with them is like administering medicine to a dead person.

We are very bad oppressors.We did not learn how to oppress efficiently and systematically.We should learn systemic oppression,I like that word .We allow women to speak ,to vote,to be in Congress,to be our leaders, to take the pill,to kill our unborn babies,to take our money(85%of global spending is done by women+ alimony and child support),to take our jobs(gender quotas) to be more educated(affirmative action) than us,to hate us openly, we allow them to raise our children and educate them,we protected them from war, from doing dirty jobs,allowed them to stay at home while we busted our ass working away.

We are very bad people.

When people say 'men are oppressors', they are making a judgement and then will proceed to find facts to support it. It is pointless to argue this with facts because they have already made up their mind.

Instead, ask them why they are using a conflict model to explain gender relations. It doesn't make sense to use a conflict model here. Oppressed people have never lived in the same neighbourhoods as their oppressors, let alone the same houses.

A better model might be to look at it like the genders cooperated with each other by taking on specific roles, but that co-operation came under strain with the advancement of society.

People don't realise that sometimes the best solutions to a problem are the simplest. You wouldn't believe how badly I've triggered people simply by responding with 'so what?" it drives them absolutely insane because the last thing people expect is for someone to essentially tell them to fuck off and not put up with their shit.

What other men do even in current society has absolutely nothing to do no matter how much they try to make it about you. If men aren't allowed to shame women over the actions of other women then women shouldn't be allowed to shame men. You'd be surprised how easy it is to deal with these people when you stop trying to play by their rules when it comes to discussing these sorts of issues.
