sharing custody of D10 on a rotating 2-2-5-5 schedule. I recently asked nex to start curb side exchanges (parent dropping child off stays in car. D10 walks to door on their own). Nex agreed and it has been in place for few weeks. Nex walked D10 to door today. Nex sent email hour later that D10 says she's sad and not comfortable walking to my door alone. Nex has asked if she can accompany D10 and then ease way into staying in the car.

There is a catch here because nex knows she's not supposed to leave her car and come on my property. She sent this email to make it seem like she's asked for my input before coming on my property. But reality is she is already made the decision to come onto my property. Within that email, there are 6 other paragraphs of other items she wants to discuss but the main thing seems like she just wanted to cover herself for coming onto my property.

Wanted to know the best way to proceed here. Communications supposed to be on OFW. Every year she forgets to renew her account and ends up emailing me that she is renewing it. Within the same email she discusses other things. Today's email also started off with how she is renewing her OFW by end of the day and ends with how she wanted to touch base before she renews her OFW.. :S
