They are sexist man-haters. Why spend time with them? They are abusive and obviously don't care about your feelings.

In my personal experience, women won't accept that they are "wrong" because they're emotional creatures in general. That doesn't mean all are, just most. As indicated in your post, you are debating with young women who also have the added benefit of believing they know everything. (That's sarcasm)

If you wish to convince them, it might be worth forming your argument as a thought experiment. Ask them what they think should happen to people (don't use the word women) who touch men sexually without consent and so on.

Hopefully, it will click into place that the same arguments used regards rape/sexual assault also apply to men.

The basic idea is to challenge how people know the things they know, not challenge the things they know. If people become aware that they don't have good reasons for believing the things they believe, then, hopefully, they will start to doubt the things they believe.

You should not treat them other than what what they say you are all about. It is an unfortunate reality you are dealing with.

It was proved time and time again that reason and facts don't work with feminists.

Why bother.It is futile.Men are the enemies.Men are tolerated they are waiting for any wrong move to prove their point.

Better ignore this noise and move on, find better friends..or not.

And you should look for friend definition.

Tell them they're being sexist. It would be like talking about the black crime rate and then saying, "all black people are the same".

Not sure if this analogy works where you're from but it's a very good comparison.

Same thing if that say men can't be raped. They're not just wrong, they're sexist bigots. Plain and simple.

It doesn't matter what other people think, that's out of your sphere of control. Put your energy where it is most effective, that is into becoming the best person you can be. Read the Enchiridion attributed to Epictetus for more information on not wasting your time on other people's problems.

The only reason you are still friends with them is because part of you is interested in sex with them, proving their point. Sever your relationship with them, and tell them it is because truth is more important to you than sex. That disproves their belief. They can then choose to change their beliefs, or terminate their relationship with you.
