I’m wondering if you all have anything I should ask for or avoid in the process. Some things on my list already:

Dog visitation.

Daily phone calls with the kids.

Guaranteed child possession if she’s at work and I’m home (I am usually home and she works a traditional M-F 8-5 job)

Trying to figure out a strategy re: the house. She won’t be able to afford it and I’m not sure I want something that big. So most likely we’ll sell it though I could possibly just buy her out with % of investment accounts.

I’m going for >50% custody through a psych/custody eval process too.

Edit: I should add that we’ve been separated since July, 50/50 kids, and no child support or spousal support, other than I’ve been paying the mortgage. This is TX.
