There may be. If she represented a party and advised them for her own benefit and you can prove it, then yes.

No, she can represent herself. There is a saying: An attorney representing themselves has a fool for a client. I suggest you hire a "shark" and have them tear her apart.

If the gains occurred during the marriage, then it is subject to the divorce settlement and sounds like she was planning on "divorce raping" you long before she filed.

very low priority she'll be sanctioned, just for the fact that she's an attorney. Just like cops protect cops, so to speak, Judges give attorneys a lot of leeway.

Dude- inheritance is NOT community property unless you mix it with her and your property. If you are left 100k and put it in a separate account, it’s your only.
